Deleting homepage html

1. Date: 25-Aug-2020
2. Symptom: Intermittent failure on homepage
3. Cause: Client deleted the homepage html file accidentally and passenger spawned a new process.
4. How found: Client told me he did it ;)
5. Fix: Redeployed site
6. Time taken to resolve bug: 45 minutes
7. Lessons: Don't let the client near production ;) Also, check w to see that no one is online / logged into the box.
